Some packages and studios include it, others don't. Making the decision to invest in having your hair and makeup done can be a hard decision. With that being said, it's a great opportunity to pamper yourself and relax. Give in to the experience, the day is about you, let us take care of everything.

As someone who has done makeup for myself and others (not in any official capacity) for well over a decade now, and in a world where there are YouTube tutorials for anything and everything, makeup specifically can be a difficult addition to commit to. However, it's something to experience, and another thing to take off your plate for the day when nerves are already high. Having a makeup artist try products on you that maybe you haven't tried before, and observing techniques that you may fall in love with. Something else to consider if everyday makeup does not always translate necessarily translate to photoshoot makeup. Particularly in pandemic time, the type of makeup people are wearing has changed. We aren't seeing a lot of colorful or bold looks, we are seeing les coverage and a greater emphasis on skin. It is my belief there is a happy medium when it comes to your Boudoir experience. This is the time for your to tap into your inner baddie, taking the the extra time to emphasize the beautiful features you have, add some sculpting and color. If you're feeling bold, there is something about a red lip that can make a woman feel powerful.

With particular attention to creating a fresh face that is lit from within, neutral tones that are typically universally flattering, ensuring a flawless and beautiful canvas. And if you want to go more moody and daring, we can do that too.

When it comes to getting your hair done, we have the incredible Colorist Kasi on board as our resident stylist. She is an absolute goddess and will work magic on your hair (she also has done mine for a long time now). In general we get a lot of requests for voluminous wave and curls, which are highly recommended for how they photograph and catch light, but of course it is your experience, tell us what speaks to you. We can certainly coordinate your appointments to have fresh hair for your Boudoir Experience.

Personally I have always loved makeup, hair I still haven't been able to figure out. It's completely up to you whether you utilize either service, I know some of you out there are incredible artists in your own right, or have incredible natural hair that should be celebrated. Again, it is an opportunity to really have an all encompassing experience, where you are the only priority and can have the opportunity to be fully pampered and have a day that is exclusively about making you feel your most confident, beautiful and sexy.
